2025 VENDOR APPLICATION

We review every submission so please be patient as we will be sending acceptance and decline emails after the committee has made their decision. Please do check your junk email folders.

ESTIMATED APPLICATION RESPONSE TIME

June applications: First review of applications will begin in mid July with first acceptances being sent out in end of July/early August for those who applied in this time frame.

August applications: First acceptances of this group, and new applicants from the prior group will begin in August.

August 1 - September 15 - Waitlist applications. Applicants in this list will be reviewed if space allows for the particular medium that you create as space.

*Note that this event is primarily organized by volunteers and part time support staff who help make this event crantastic.
