Thanks for taking the time to apply to play at Bala Cranberry Festival 2025.

We will make sure we listen to every submission we get, but considering the huge number of acts that apply we will not be able to get back to everyone and apologize if you do not hear from us.

Our festival dates this year are;
Friday, October 17th 2025 10:00am-5:00 pm
Saturday, October 18th 2025 9:00am-6:00 pm
Sunday, October 19th 2025 9:00am-3:00pm

Please note that to be considered you must be Canadian and do not require the use of back track music.

For 2025 the focus for the music component is to be family friend and to compliment the other attractions and activities occurring on festival grounds. Because of this, music will not be greatly amplified, so that visitors can still interact with merchants.

The Bala Cranberry Festival does not do large bands due to space limitations.
